Philip Krukow, PA-C

Philip (Phil) Krukow is a dedicated Physician Assistant graduate from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Utah while gaining hands-on experience working as a Medical Assistant in multiple specialties with the U of U’s Department of Pediatrics at Primary Children’s Outpatient Clinic in Salt Lake City. He has also served as an EMT and firefighter in Sunset, UT. 

He has been a part of BFP since 2021 and values the long-term relationships he has developed in Family Practice. Phil is an integral part of our Tooele Methadone Treatment Program, with extensive experience in mental health and addiction treatment.

When he’s not at work, Phil enjoys traveling, participating in sports, and engaging in various outdoor activities.
