Alex Burringo, PA-C

Biography

Alex Burringo graduated from the University of Utah Physician Assistant Program (UPAP) in 2019. She is passionate about social justice in healthcare and served as president of the diversity and equity student group while in school. Previously she graduated from the University of Utah with degrees in physics, math, and ethnic studies.

Prior to becoming a PA, Alex worked for over five years in obstetrics and gynecology clinical research, where she discovered her love of healthcare, particularly women’s health. Alex enjoys spending time with her patients and really getting to know them. She chose to work in family medicine because she enjoys the continuity of care, building patient relationships, and the diversity of the patient population.

Alex grew up in Tooele and is excited to return to the area and give back to her community. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and french bulldog, reading, and camping.
